The global reach of NetApp sees them staging a range of events throughout the year, everything from product showcasing and sales stands through to stakeholder conferences and staff events. With every event varying in scale, purpose and budget, but each needing a multitude of elements tending to, it’s a herculean challenge to keep worldwide teams both on-brand and up to date.
We harnessed the power of digital to connect these many groups, building an interactive ‘playbook’ that could be made available across the globe. The tool provided everything necessary for a team to prepare and stage their event, arranged in an intuitive, life-cycle format. By adding links to deeper content, key contacts and useful websites, the application could virtually respond as things unfolded on the ground, acting as a multi-layered guidance and support tool.
Now a busy calendar of events get staged with minimum disruption to other arms of the business and a reduction in hand-holding by organisers. Event teams are truly empowered to get on with their jobs and yet senior management know that, whatever the occasion, it will be on-brand.
