The Royal Mint is a great British institution, respected around the world. So every time they choose us to showcase their own flawless work, we feel both honoured and a little bit proud.
Our brief was two fold. Inform customers of the three different coin finishes offered, while finding a way to convey what 1000 years of skill, passion and experience look like.
We used high definition video to capture the precision and passion of master craftsmen. We created an aura of timeless excellence, following artisans such as the Chief Engraver, Master Toolmaker and Senior Polisher.
By keeping each segment’s script tight and to the point, their skill and knowledge shine through – imbuing trust and confidence in the audience. Carefully selected scenes and optimised camera angles work hard with the script, immersing the viewer in a world of heritage and expertise. All the while, the distinctive benefits of each coin finish are woven into the audio-visual story, delivering both a sales and a promotional piece.
